The System Administrator can send internal messages to the Instructor for each class.
Email messages are listed in the System Utilities Inbox screen. You can read and delete messages from this list.
To view the list of Instructor messages sent by the System Administrator:
From the Instructor Main Menu, click System Tools. The System Utilities screen opens.
Click Inbox. The System Utilities Inbox screen opens.
Click the messages to read their contents.
Note: You do not have to use this option to see if you have received new messages. The system informs you of new messages as soon as they arrive if you are currently logged into the system, or at the start of your next login session.
