You can send an internal message to any instructor for any class registered on the server. Messages are presented upon next instructor login, and can contain any HTML or other Web-standard content.
To send a message to the instructor in a class:
From the Administrator Tools Menu, click Send A Message.
In the left frame of the Send Message screen, the system lists all the installed classes on the server. Select a class (or multiple classes).
In the appropriate fields, enter a subject and message.
Click Send. You are returned to the Administrator's Tools main menu.
To send an external Internet email to an instructor (who provided an email address):
In the Class Manager, select the instructor email address. This link launches an Internet email window and uses your outgoing (SMTP) server.
